The 10 Day Reset Diet Book

Jumped on the bandwagon to try the latest crash diet, lose a few pounds ... and gain them back again right away. 

Why is it that we can put a man on the moon, but we don't seem to be able to solve this obesity thing?

Everyone knows that to stay trim and fit, it's really about changing your lifestyle, but that seems hard. So we diet instead.

So I did a lot of research to come up with my own rules. But I didn't read the latest hot blog post. I read medical studies, WHO reports ...

And came to the conclusion that a lower carb plant based diet was the way to go for health and lower body weight.

And then I came up with the idea of a "RESET" to kick start my way into a eating style that I can live with.

It worked, I lost 7 pounds in 10 days and then lost 2 pounds effortlessly. I kept the weight off for years.

Then 4 years later I did it again.
